‘Fleur à l’ombre’ is a project based on relationships and how they are reflected onto people’s lives.
This body of work is a reflection on my last project ‘Growing up in south Africa’, a project based on family relationships. However, the difference for this project is that it is based upon how two strangers can come together. The basis of this is that in a personal view, two strangers coming together and become a unit is obscure, its two people that meet and create a conclusion that can define a relationship further than just a word.
