Every year I have the opportunity to work on the Celebration of Teaching and learning, which is a one day conference for all faculty at the University of Louisville. It's a chance to learn from one another and to be recognized for their great work. 2022's theme was "The Ripple Effect" highlighting the connection between students, peers and professors.
