Date: 2018We developed the concept of an office building in 2018. In this project I made the visual design of buildings. It was important for the Investor to see our ideas, how to see the facade and interiors therefore we had to made thorough and detailed visual designs.
The existing building was built in the 1960s and currently function as a ‘C’ category office building. The Investor plans a full reconstruction of the building, which meets the highest requirements. According to the scope of the planned reconstruction, building an additional level, a complete replacement of the facade, creation of open space office space and complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems will be carried out. Reconstruction is planned applying sustainable, environmentally-conscious, innovative technologies. After the renovation, the office building will be ‘A’ category.
