The concept of building a site at the intersection of T. Shevchenko and Mindaugo streets for a new shopping and entertainment complex with retail space, restaurants, banks and recreation areas on two levels, as well as ground parking on 2 floors. The complex consists of three blocks - the main - shopping and entertainment, technical and parking.
The internal space of the two floors of the main block is united by an atrium space with spiral lighting, drawing in visitors both from the street space to the first level - a supermarket, and inside to the second with restaurants and public areas.
