Melda Moda​​​​​​​
Melda Moda is all about creating a Rest Revolution, by looking fabulous and bold while you take your much needed rest. The brand prides on being open for all to wear and appreciate, while at the some time it’s proud of wanting Black women to feel just like how its' founder felt driving down the street while looking at billboards in Ghana: seen. As the founder says it: "The brand was made for me by someone who looks like me." Taking into account this rich culture history, it was important to convey this message in a clear, modern and luxurious way.

We were tasked with developing the brand and visual identity for Melda Moda. 

The main challenge was to find a way of visually representing sleep and rest as its foundation while also proudly showing cultural heritage. With sleep as its base, we were able to go far with a rich colour palette (based upon the founders experiences and culture) that gives a certain warmth and comfy feeling, exactly like having one of these luxurious pyjamas on. The Roselle is an important point in the founders life and experiences, so It was crucial for it to be a part of the logo, as a symbol.

This all comes together for the best experience to stay in, with style.
