In this project, the goal was the training of more than 40,000 employees on a new and personalized Strategic Planning Methodology.

Video - Module I
To facilitate the content absorption for so many contributors, we added motion, sound effects and illustrations to the project.
This way, the result was a very didactic and dynamic video.

The Strategic Planning was built in collaboration with different sectors within the organization.
To reinforce the feeling of belonging, we translated everything into the partner's visual identity - with a little bit of humor, so that the experience learning became lighter.
This project involved 7 creative professionals in more than 200 hours of dedication, and impacted almost 40,000 healthcare employees.
