It Was Beautiful While It Lasted, Pt. I

It Was Beautiful While It Lasted
The Guardian
On recent travels, I really had in mind to visit and photograph this place. Frankly, I never expected to be that lucky to catch some mist there. I visited it one day, continued my travel but early in the morning, around 4 am, I decided to give it another go, came back, and saw to my surprise that I was right about it. I'm on the hunt for mist far too long now to not know how fragile it usually is. Therefore, I instantly went into this place and captured what I had in mind. The exposure time was about 30 seconds at the beginning, it felt as if it took forever. Less than half an hour later, the mist vanished. It was 6 o'clock in the morning. I laughed about it; the life of a photographer is weird often, but generous sometimes.

If you're familiar with my work, you might remember this place from autumn a little while ago. This series is focusing on the season of bluebells, and will likely consist of two other parts, showing different sceneries.

2022/05/23, with greetings to Chris
