In Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO), the AWP rifle is based on the original Arctic Warfare rifle. In CS:GO, the AWP Rifle is a powerful bolt-action sniper rifle. The rifle is available for purchase to both opposing teams. In the game, the rifle is equipped with a 10-round clip and a Leupold Mark AR optical sight. In reality, the rifle can reach up to 7.3 kg in weight, and up to 1230 cm in length. This is taken into account in the game - the player's progress with the AWP slows down quite a bit, although in reality it is quite difficult to shoot from the AWP on the move, and even more so at moving targets.
