Zine project
For my zine project, I wanted to talk about one of my favorite Korean dishes "Bibimbap." One thing I really enjoy about Bibimbap is I can put anything I want and mix it with rice and Gochujang (sauce for the Bibimbap). I personally like to put Spinach, Beansprouts, Kimchi, Bulgogi, and egg on my Bibimbap. My family often mixes the leftover side dishes to empty the refrigerator. I also like to eat side dishes separately with rice but when they are all mixed together, it's more flavorful and savory.
