To tell that any sex is normal sex if it is safe, we created a series of 30 illustrations with different sex scenes and different characters of any sexual orientation and gender identity. The only thing that unites is the shape of the blue PrEP pill, which symbolizes protection. We took flat illustrations as the main style and added some shadows for volume. This solution allowed us to perform several tasks at once.
First, sex is a hot topic, and we could not look obscene. We needed to show sex, but so as not to infuriate the more conservative older generation.
Secondly, minimalism has allowed us to be closer to young people, because it surrounds them everywhere: in third-wave cafes, clothing, and mobile games. We chose white as the background color. It best conveys purity and helps focus people's attention on the central blue object of the composition.
