April 2022, I was fortunate enough to take my first solo trip to Napoli, Italy. I have always been intrigued to visit the immortal city of Pompei, still living under Mt Vesuvius. 

To see an entire city with towns and little villages, still living under this largely active volcano is special and mesmerising itself. 

An entire town sleeping for 2,000 years - still vibrant with colours and memories.

Preserved in death as they were in their final moments.

Religion and beliefs still alive through their dedication to their gods.

Their story, surviving through centuries for it to be retold as both a warning and as history.
