A fast-scaling eCommerce brand needed support to clarify the brand vision, product plan and management approach across various teams, including leadership, product, customer service and people, in order to improve empowerment, alignment and consistency in teams.

This involved workshops, with the CEO/Founder and the leadership team, to: co-define their brand core, positioning and persona - developing a brand strategy playbook to implement day-to-day; clarify product strategy and conduct a full assessment of the current operating model, with a set of recommendations.
