Food For Thought | Culinary Hacking Project

For a school project, we were asked to do a self-initiated research on the subject of culinary hacking. Simply put, we were asked to expose or use aspects of food that are unusual, we're not familiar with, or any other uncommon side of food, in order to reveal new findings and insights.

For me personally, this was a great opportunity to do in-depth research about the conditioned nature of mankind. To do so, I set myself an uncommon goal: survive for three days on food gathered in nature.

This publication is my experience of these three days in image and words. It also contains the recipes of the meals I had during these three days. Everything is presented with a bit luxuous touch, to state it isn't that hard or dangerous to use the food that is provided by nature.
