This research is one of the methods to find out quick insights on launched product and give feedback to the designer or developer with your insights, and an easy way to analyze user and their pain points, based on the collection of the primary and second type of user response we as designers make those insights as unique features in our upcoming designs and make them inclusive designs.
The main goal is to get digital user research reports for the already launched Latest product TATA NEU, this DUR report helps to identify themes, insights, and priorities in a quick process.

I choose this product because it has all the services that a common user can expect needs to use in daily life.
I have gone through all the reviews rated by real users and filtered major common issues as most of the users raised from overall reviews
I added my pain points in the mail and sent them to the Tata developer team via mail (source from play store) I think every UX Designer has a responsibility to give valuable feedback about a design to developers and designers to make their work easy especially in post launched applications as the user is eager to update the app and get new features and expect a lot for future implementations.
I feel it is important to improve awareness about giving feedback to developers via mail by giving one valuable insight that may change millions of users’ experiences.
