Opening of spaces : kitchen/dining room, bedroom/office...
Shorter spaces : increase of square meter price, need to be close of city centre
outwork in increase : 20% of people work full time or part time at home, need of an adequate space
Target : double income no kids (dinks) : couple with no kids, 24-30 year old, young worker, high purchasing power
3 fonctions, 3 places : kitchen, dining room, bedroom/office
Ergonomic : easy to use, multi-fonctional, optomizes space
