My big project while working at Caesars Palace Dubai was Demon Duck brand development - Asia’s most notorious chef, Alvin Leung makes his big debut

in Dubai with the launch of Demon Duck restaurant.

It was a fun and exciting project to be involved in.

At the first stages my main input was in creating a logo & brand identity,

same as supportive collaterals. 

Closer to the launching date I was leading the food photoshoot which made me fall in love with the brand even more.

Expect the unexpected at Demon Duck.

A new concept restaurant that brings a creative twist to Chinese and Asian Classics.
