ARMANI CANTEEN
Design of a Menu and Canteen space for Armani Silos in Milan
The concept is based on Armani’s pre-existing collaboration with Nobu brand and the coming together of those two styles. A seasonal menu is designed that is quientessentially Italian but draws from inspirations of Armani’s travel across Asia. The collections walking the fashion shows determine the menu at the canteen. A relaxing place for employees to reflect and get inspired with an aesthetic that is in line with the brand positioning.
We put together a menu based on 3 permanent collections on display at Silos - Androgynous, Ethnic and Stars collection.
ANDROGYNOUS COLLECTION
Left to Right : Risotto with Pecking Duck, Eel Skewers, Mushroom Vellutata, Martesana, Pigeon and Toast.
ETHNIC COLLECTION
Left to Right : Tartare Yellow Tuna, Risotto Salad, Courgette Flower, Chips with powdered sauces
ALL STARS COLLECTION
Left to Right : Octopus with hummus, Scallop, Nasu, Hazelnuts, Amberjack Tartare
