During GDES 210 we were each individually assigned to make a menu of our choosing that had to be at least six pages counting the cover page. I created a menu for a plant and pottery shop that features a layered type face for the cover page and the last page. The layered type is inspired by Age Archer's Youtopia album cover. The whole menu fits in a frosted acetate sleeve similar to that of vinyl records. The frosted acetate sleeve allows for the type to be completed so that the viewer will be able to read the business's name. When the menu is removed from the sleeve the last page remains so that the whole name can still be read without having to reinsert it.
