THE LITTLE PRINCE     |      LE PETIT PRINCE

For her dance show based on The Little Prince, Vanessa Brazeau and I looked into the universe of some of the characters that the Little Prince meets throughout the book to create an image for each one. We wanted to portray each planet and its occupant by focusing on its vulnerability and its human character, as St-Exupéry does so well. By working with magnificent dancers, it is the research from the body that pushed us to produce this series.

Pour son spectacle du Petit Prince, Vanessa Brazeau et moi, on s’est penché sur l’univers de quelques personnages que le Petit Prince rencontre tout au long du livre pour en faire des photos. On a voulu mettre en image chaque planète et son occupant en misant sur sa vulnérabilité et son caractère humain, comme le fait si bien St-Exupéry. En travaillant avec de magnifiques danseurs.es, c’est la recherche à partir du corps qui nous a poussé à produire cette série.
