This is a three poster series that I created in an Experimental Typography class that was paired with a Sociology: Crime, Justice and Rebellion class. Each one contains a quote from The Political Economy of Violence: Toward an Understanding of the Gender-Based Murders of Ciudad Juarez written by Deborah M. Weissman. I typed out the quotes and cut each word individually, then I crumpled the papers up and laid them out in a stacked order on top of a colored cardstock paper.
