Slava business center is the 4th stage of the ambitious project of MR-Group company in the very center of Moscow on the territory of the former watch factory. As always, a large team is working on the project - together with the Japanese bureau Nikken Sekkei, CPU PRIDE is the co-author of the architectural concept, and is also responsible for its adaptation, preparation of project documentation and development of the BIM model

The complex consists of three 20-storey blocks - class A offices and a single three-level underground parking lot. The first floor is reserved for a public and business function with coworking, cafe and trade areas

Thanks to unique facade solutions made of decorative 3D elements - arches, the buildings of the complex stand out both among the surrounding buildings and among the mass of modern architecture

The model was designed in Autodesk Revit.
All related designers performed work in the same software package - this made it possible to avoid problems in the compatibility of models.
