The project
Bloomberg has been using Atlassian products for some time. They asked Adaptavist to create a management tool for their internal teams to project manage multiple cycles of products.
The challenge
We were asked to do so within the limitations of Confluence for Jira. The back end developers created all the skeleton for this tool and we were asked to create what would basically would be the skin of this tool within Confluence. A very very challenging task as Confluence is quite rigid and doesn't allow a lot of delight.

MVP Process
We added a variety of functionalities, including the unassigned cards sidebar where you can quickly see all the unassigned projects and you drag and drop them for a specific squad (team) to do.
We tried to distinguish projects in sprints and teams as one team could have multiple instances on different projects or multiple teams could have different instances on one project.
