Entire costume made from scratch:
Bodice: Navy blue ponte knit with a satin collar. White embroidered stars were purchased from Amazon and stitched on. Pattern was a modified blouse commercial pattern. Collar was self-drafted.

Skirt: Thrifted white and red table clothes sewn into a circle skirt with an elastic waistband.

Belt: Same red fabric, closed in the back with velcro (not my favorite). White belt on top was thrifted.

Petticoat: Organza with red satin trim. Cotton waistband.
