THE ANTI-RACIST CATALOGUE
Dr Peter Chew, a senior lecturer of psychology at the James Cook University, shared that individuals tend to claim to be anti-racists, while exhibiting behaviour and possessing thoughts that are prejudiced.
The Anti-Racist Catalogue is a retro-inspired social media campaign aiming to expose alleged anti-racists’ (conscious or subconscious) thoughts and behaviour, in hopes that they would actively un-learn them. The campaign, while being a tongue-in-cheek project, will also include educational content that can help these people realise the harms and flaws in their behaviour.
