Our main task was to improve the product: to make it more modern, consistent and user-friendly. Our starting point was huge research of market, analytics, TA and product itself. It helped us to shape the pains and gains of TA, advantages and features of competitors and possible growth points for our new product concept. As a result, we completely restructured the platform, worked on the prototype of main business-driven flows, created new digital design system that easy to scale for new sub products and pages.
