In my brochure design I used current photos of the Brighton Museum building and also photos from the Subversive Design Exhibition which is currently on show until April 2014.  I chose colours and photos in my brochure design that relate to the present designers on show ranging from Regency to Biba.  Names of the designers work I used are; Sebastien Brajkovic, Iris Schieferstein, Andrew Livingstone and Barbara Hulanicki.

 

I researched Emil Ruder and Paul Rand both designers of International Typographic Style, then I used the ideas of different shapes, bright colours, grid alignment, repetition, logo symbol in my own Swiss Style brochure design.
