Hotel project in the central part of Kyiv. Castomers wanted to combine restaurant, coworking, hostel and hotel. It was not an easy task, but for me it was exciting. 

I decided to make each floor a different function, so we get: 

-1 floor-parking and kitchen; Ground floor 

- reception and restaurant with a large cozy terrace; 

- 1st floor - coworking and administrative part 2nd floor 

- hostel 3rd floor - hotel (standard rooms) 4th floor 

- hotel (suite) 

My main initiative was to make parking on the -1 floor and a beautiful terrace above it.
