"Bear Hugs" is a project designed to help children within the foster care. Foster care children are more likely to suffer from sleep deprivation. “Bear hugs” was designed to help children within the foster care get the best sleep possible. This project is based on the idea of making one and then donating one. The user can design their own blanket, pillow and/or teddy bear based off of a foster child’s color preference. After the user has created their product, a copy of their work is placed in a backpack of their choosing and then sent to a child within the foster care system. "Bear Hugs" is the next step in supplying the most overall comfort to the children within the foster care system.
This project was created in 2022, and it was designed for adults to help the children in foster care. I used Adobe products: XD, Premiere Rush, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
