A Historically Inspired Nontraditional Typeface

For this project, I was asked to create a typeface from a historical specimen. I chose a serif from a character specimen originated in the 1700s. This font is based off of a handwritten font so it includes a lot of variation in the line weight. It can be used on posters, in illustration, and in books as a heading or dropcap.
