This painting on cardboard canvas is a 'interpretation of the
Medusa original painting by Michelangelo Merisi
"Caravaggio". Made to participate in the exhibition inspired
the great "master of light", I chose one of the most
famous, but added a variant. I replaced the
bottom trying to defuse the violence
of the severed head, using warm colors faded.
This work has allowed me to win the award in 2008
as the best interpretation of the painting by Caravaggio
