Finger food is an app/website concept related to food choices.
I dealt with this issue during my thesis, but I want to re design my idea and project and make it more usable.
Finger Food app is the focus of the project: I want to start to think it, because I want to understand what functions can be needed the most by a user, achieve a hierarchy of the content (having in my mind the purpose of “content first”), create an app very personalized to each user.
My previous idea allowed users to subscribed to custom group: people who have health needs for example such as people with food allergies.
In this case I do not want my user to say WHY he can not eat something and give him a category to which he belongs, I want to let him create his own category, his own app.
WEBSITE DESIGN
Finger Food website is a showcase website.
If the user is not logged in, he can see photos about food (and share them), if he is logged in he can see food filtered by his saved lists in the app, favorites the dishes, and send them to users they follow.
When he favorites them, the items are saved in his profile: new food are add on section saved food, new recipes in the recipes one, restaurants where you can find them in restaurant section and so on.
