Études is a research project based on the study of visual perception.

A series of images and videos explores the different feelings experienced as one component of the image changes. 

The research moves in a space populated by pure shapes, geometries that speak a universal language. In imaginary totally pure white cities a color is introduced, as a liquid that slowly drips along the shapes. The light gives the image a three-dimensional quality and at the same time makes that single detail of color shine, focusing the onlooker's attention. 

In the diptychs the softness of white is set against the hardness of black.  

In the videos, a tracking shot lets us explore the changes in perspective, volumes and shapes. Sound, conceived as an integral part of language, accompanies the movement, giving voice to space.
