Tapas is the new brand territory of the legendary bogotanian restaurant Tapas Macarena. After a completely reformed brand strategy, the new architecture includes a grow platform where the main word is accompanied with the neighborhood location. So, actually we have Tapas as master brand and Macarena and Chapinero as geolocalizated brand expressions.
EL MAT is the new name for the result of our strategic process. We created an ingredient brand to highlight the different research and cooking that this restaurant had, whose dishes are now a fundamental part of Tapas gastronomic offer. In this way we do not lose any of the initial inputs but rather the potential.
