Patty the sheep lives in the Animal Sanctuary "León Vegano" (León, Spain). She is two years old, and she arrived at the sanctuary from a farm with her back injured. Due to the lesion caused by the farmers when she was born she couldn't walk properly. She would pass the days falling down and trying to follow the others but that was impossible for her. Her situation became worst when the rain season came, she couldn't even walk and if she falls down she wouldn't be able to stand up again wihtout help. So she started to stay alone in the stable and, in a sheep way, sad.
Furthermore, people from the sanctuary started to collect money in order to pay a wheel chair for Patty. And thanks to people's charity they achieved their objective. As you can see, Patty is now perfectly adapted to her chair. She can go everywhere and stay next to the other sheeps who live also in the sanctuary. She is a very friendly and sweet sheep who enjoys her life far away from the animal explotation.
