Modular System Design

Modular System
The design of a system composed of separate components that can be connected together. We can add or replace any one component without affecting the rest of the system. The modular system is an assembly of precisely designed smaller units which connect each other through a quick fastening technique to form a module, and each module further connects to form a 'Modular System'.
Implication in Design
Bigger systems are designed by the assembly of smaller systems and products or modules so that they perform together to achieve a certain result. For example, chairs, tables, screen, projector etc in a seminar room with certain configuration arrangement.
A Unit of the system which connects each other to form a Module
A Connector- The Unit attaches in different ways to form various visual dynamics
A Module- Once the Unit and the Connector joins a Module is formed
A close observation of how the units are joined together
A Modular System- The Units, Connectors and Modules together form a Modular System which is capable of expanding boundlessly in all the directions, hence creating a Visual System
A high contrast image to distinguish various components
