These are some photo references I used to create my design. I started with a simple drawing.

Then, I begin to refine the design in different stages.

I started with black and white.

Then I added color to show dimension, highlights and shadows. I chose complimentary colors to make the design really pop. The school colors are dark red and teal. I used a darker color for shadows and a lighter color for highlights.

Finally, I designed the logo for the mascot. Made a black and white design as well as one in full color.

After the final refinements, I made mockups for the school building, uniforms and team spirit apparel.
