Agadhitva came into formation as a title of a showhouse, with a 4BHK space. Where-in the current times a show house plays host to various aspects of clients before buying a particular abode. Perhaps, a dummy home to create an inspiration for the audience. Living up to the expectation and serving imagination played as a handful challenge for the project.
As the name represent itself as the innermost depth in Sanskrit and bringing along in the project a fusion of abstracting ‘Nature’s art” along with its profoundness. The layout starts of by fulfilling the probation this all aspects.
As we enter the premises, the interesting details initiates with an immersive pattern façade of the door, with a gentle wave of warmth by the foyer where your eye lands on the beautiful combinations of materials used, veneer, copper and laminates with entrancing pedestal display. Procuring on the emphasis for the later part of the space. As we move into the living area, the focus is absorbed by the fascinating wall terracotta display inspired by the form of stem of a sapling and the earthen tones of nature. The T.V. cabinet follows suit in the same rhythm of the foyer with a contrasting character by the textured tile overlay with a compelling use of copper plates in an undesignated pattern, which flows around the common area.
The sole use of copper lays in its properties of the metal. The luster provides an annihilating source for the whole of the environment.
Surfacing through the volume the bedroom accumulates the elements and creation of forms and shapes elaborating on nature. For instance, the structure of a coconut interpreted and representation of it in various detail.
The terrazzo tiles surmounting on the walls of bedroom and washroom and the warmth of the various textured and tones of veneer creates an illusion of refreshment and refinement with all the thought to the storage and the daily required needs
The exciting engagement remains the obvious ingredient to the whole recipe of the show house space. The varied and diverse conjunctions of material palette with hues secures the audience and collaborate it as a home, the final gesture of a house.
