Akira - Bant Mag. Exhibition

THATS ALL TEtSUO
Katsuhiro Otomo's cyberpunk narrative AKIRA, which deeply influenced many different generations and even introduced them to the magic of the comic book world, began to be published in Turkish after a long wait. As a result of years of work by ''Gerekli Şeyler'', the first volume took its place on the shelves and digital markets in April 2020.
We created the AKIRA exhibition to celebrate the Turkish edition of AKIRA, which played a key role in introducing many to comics and manga culture and liking this aesthetic. Both Bant Mag. 18 illustrators, who are known from their pages both for their own projects and comics, set out with their own aesthetics towards the vast realm of AKIRA.''
