In January of 2020, I was approached by Donald Rosner who was seeking a logo for his new hockey-themed/New York Islanders-themed deli in Huntington, NY. As a huge hockey and Islanders fan, this was a really cool opportunity for me and in addition to creating a logo, I also created the menu and business cards. The original store opened up that March but since then, two new locations have been added: one in East Islip and another in Elmont, NY, at the Islanders' new home, UBS Arena.
