An official storyboard i made for Tang’s ramadan commercial.
Mother is making a glass of Tang in her kitchen.
Child comes in the kitchen and asks his mother about the values of ramadan.
Mother tells him the spirit of ramadan comes from charity to the less fortunate and advices him to do the same.
Child listens to his mother intently.
Child nods.
Mother walks toward the kitchen.
She rummages through the cabinets.
She takes out an empty tub of Tang.
She labels the tub as ‘zakat (charity) box’. The child sees his mother doing this.
The child watches his mother fill the tub with food and clothes.
The child thinks to himself ‘wow such yummy food and nice clothes’
Child watches his mother giving the tub to a Tang rider.
The child has an idea.
The child finds another empty tub of Tang.
He starts decorating the tub.
He picks out clothes from his closet.
The mother watches her son put a shirt in the Tang tub.
The mother asks the child what he is doing.
The child explains that he saw her doing charity and that he wanted to do the same thing.
The mother is very proud of him.
The mother helps him decorate the tub.
