Final Major Project - research book
This product was one of the elements of the final major project of my studies. A research book was supposed to be a product that would contain the whole process of completing the final project - introduction and my own brief, the research to base the project on, beginning on working on the final outcome as well as critical reflection on conducted experimentations and research.
My book was kept in a minimalistic, yet modern style. I continued to practice designing my editorial pieces in black and white with an addition of one, bright and luminous colour. For this book I decided to go with vivid orange, as it would speak for my creativity, it would add more energy to the outcome and most importantly contrast with the aesthetics of the main outcome of my final project - the "blue and other colours" book, which you can find here.
The same idea was put on the cover. It is based on the same illustrations as the main book, but done in a different way, that matches the research book's style.
