A Fashion Show Documented
In today’s age fashion is often mistaken as a form of social status rather than a form of art. 17M highlights the creative process put into each fashion show. This is a proposal for a new standard for documenting fashion by giving a deeper insight into collections of various fashion houses: from research, narrative, referencing, cutting to making and styling.
The first issue documents John Galliano’s Maison Margiela A/W 20 couture collection: S.W.A.L.K. which tackles the idea of fragile strength.
