A project for the building of easily assembled furniture using rough boards and nails by those who will use them.
A basic technique to let everyone view current production with a critical eye.

From an idea of Enzo Mari I decided to realize a furniture product built just with materials that probably whould be thrown away.

So I went to a lot of factories in my little city to find some intresting materials, and near to my house I found a little laboratory of an old man that gave to me some pre-cut plumbing tubes and some old wood pallets.

The next step was to Building some ideas...so i started to sketching something...

I decided to try a realize two different models, one that combines the pipes and the pallets, and another one just with rough wood and nails, let's start with the "mixed" one!

This model look so cool!! but has some little problems about stability in the front tubular structure, so i decided to discard that part of the model and put all my energies in the second option.

I decided to repair evry damage of this product spending as little as possible, to respect the philosophy of Enzo Mari, i repaired all the damages of the wood with some plaster and cable ties, whithout painting it, with the intent of put on display the real objective of this project: give new life to some materials that probably will thrown away. I hope that this can inspire someone to make their projects more compatible with the surrounding environment.
