A artist book exploration around the topic of anxiety. The zine is an inward look at anxiety and the struggle to manage and control it.
The book takes inspiration from a Short Cuts podcast episode ("The Question") in which a "found poem" is played at the start. The poem is made up of the most searched questions in the UK on Google during August 2020, a time of collective anxiety for not only the country but the world.
