This is the story of a woman who tries to free herself from the ghost of a past relationship, a violent man who wants to control her. Joana and her son Lucas try to overcome an abusive relationship they survived. A mother will do anything to keep her family together while trying to fight the threat of returning to their past, which now comes back to haunt them again.
