The lightsaber effect:
I have thought about doing a project, where I can make a Lightsaber effect without a green screen.
Firstly, I have taken a movie scene, which was from 'The Old Guard'. In the scene the main character 'Andy' is been tracked down to be murdered, so she goes ahead and does a surprise attack. In the scene, she is holding a medieval sword, so I have traced and edited it to make it into a lightsaber. I have done that with the app After Effects.
Animation movement:
I have done this small project to learn on how to make character movements and how many frames it takes to make the animation run smoothly.
