This was a project that I did for another concept art class that I attend in college. What makes this class different from the previous class was this class focused more on a realistic style of concept art. We also used the photo bashing method where we merge and blend photographs or 3D assets together while painting and compositing them into one finished piece. For this project we were assigned to create a concept art of a story that we come up on our own. We were also given a list of themes to choose from and one of them is "post apocalypse". I decided to go with that theme as I am always interested in post apocalyptic movies and stories and would like to challenge myself in creating one of my own. My project is titled Mutant Hunters which is about two apocalypse survivors going on a journey to stop a mutated frilled lizard monster from taking over the world. 

Most of the pictures that I used to photo bash into my designs are mostly from Pinterest and I also used some 3D models that I found from Sketchfab. I would then use these pictures and models to merge them together into my designs and paint them over to blend them together. For me the most challenging one is probably the creature as I have to push my creativity and imagination to create a unique yet scary creature which is quite out of my comfort zone since I never really created anything like that. But in the end, I am quite satisfied with the overall result.
