The brief was to choose an object that resembles you and design packaging labels out of it, using any product. The theme of the packaging was the 7 sins.
I choose a maze as my object, seeing as I often give in to the illusion of dead-ends, set by my own mind. A maze may be confusing at times, but there is always a way in and out of it. In spirituality, a maze often symbolizes the path to our own center, something I try to practice in my everyday life.
I chose to create a typographic design, making different mazes out of letterforms. My fascination with matchbox labels led me to choose them as the product for my packaging.
