Anaglyph is the name given to the stereoscopic 3D effect achieved by means of encoding each eye's image using filters of different colours.

My childhood was full of 3D comic books which used this simple visual stereo effect, and to this day just the sight of a red/green colour offset brings back memories of a time when the future of technology looked incredibly exciting.

For my first ever photo shoot, and my first time using a DSLR camera I wanted to experiment with these two colours, not to replicate a three-dimensional effect, but to create a visually stunning image reminiscent of the times when I first explored the effects of light through these glasses.
