Lamborghini Gallardo Family Retouching

As is common in the modern era of advertising, Brands often face two unique challenges: an enormous archive of generic product photographs, and a vacuous need for promotion. Ironically, these two problems do not solve each other as one might conclude. This is because photographing beautiful things is easy (in terms of interest) but results in free-form exploration with no overt message. And when a brand faces advertising publication schedules, the publishers need art NOW, so there is no time to organize and stage all new photo-shoots with specific artistic direction.

What to do?

In 2013, Lamborghini faced such a decision when their Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales became red-hot very unexpectedly and the brand needed to promote while the momentum existed. ... But again, no images existed for such a plan.

Using the recently-refreshed Gallardo as their CPO Flagship, we set about transforming dozens of stock vehicles photographed against white infinity-walls into compelling environments to serve as the backdrop for all marketing communications.


These are a handful of the Client's favorites, which were integrated into Social Media, Print, HTML Email Campaigns, Video Advertisements, Web Sites, and Digital Advertising.
